The Cancer that is Washington
Evil, Dressed Up as Freedom & Democracy, is Still Evil
The attack on Venezuela. I was expecting it, eventually, knowing that, deep down, it was inevitable albeit, still, on the surface, I was hoping that the military buildup was mere posturing. Nonetheless, hearing the news at around 06:00 (Guatemala time) made my stomach churn, and it filled me with a deep, indescribable rage.
Not because I’m a fan of Maduro, though I don’t see him as the “evil man” the West painted him to be.
But because of what this event signifies and signals.
Once again, this time in thanks to the great Nobel-Peace-prized-obsessed Anti-War President, the bastion of Freedom & Liberty isn’t steering the world toward peace, quite the opposite.
And, as usual, it's doing it in the most despicable and immoral way possible, like only they and their Pentagon can deliver.
I’m so beyond being fed up and disgusted with the U.S.’s exceptionalist, imperialist attitude and brutish ways. Every time I think we’re taking positive steps away from their obscene conduct, they manage to attain new levels of truly hideous, Capitalism-driven and blatant dickheadery.
Given the situation the U.S. now finds itself in, its dollar increasingly in jeopardy and its empire and hegemonic status waning, and, per the direction the world now seeks to take, seeing the rapid success achieved by China through its mutually-beneficial development model, you’d think that they’d understand that unscrupulous neoliberalism is dead and finally opt for good, common-sense diplomacy and amicable partnerships, as most would readily continue to function under the USD and petrodollar, if only Washington was willing to stop its untrustworthy, amoral, abusive colonialist ways. But, no.
And, no! It’s not a “Trump thing,” nor a GOP one.
This being so even if the SocDem influencers, along with most liberal outlets, are set on selling it as such through their anti-Trump and tribal packaging, many going so far as to tell their audiences that Trump is so petty he invaded Venezuela “over Maduro’s dance moves” (the timing re the Chinese delegation in Venezuela and Trump’s meeting with Netanyahu never crossing their minds) and that he “snubbed Machado because she took his Nobel prize” (totally oblivious of the CIA’s report stating that putting Machado in charge would stir militant action and civil unrest and require U.S. boots on the ground).
Here too, as usual, these people stupidly become a part of the problem, this event offering yet more proof that pro-Dem/DSA-promoting so-called “leftists” and their X-feed-fed formulaic who-DESTROYED-whom politics delivered while begging for free healthcare does not a real lefty make, as it, once again, betrays how far-removed from their sphere of focus U.S. imperialism actually is, just how U.S.-centric and self-serving their scope truly is, and just how patriotically brainwashed, gullible, ill-informed, and focused on personal attacks they really are, thus, revealing how little they truly understand the U.S. establishment, that imperialism doesn’t just manifest itself as a 'foreign thing', or why both sides are equally nefarious, though one pretends to have better social programs and it’s not their fault if they just can’t ever, ever deliver on them… But the next Dem! Surely they will! So let’s crank up the hate and go even more tribal, people!
I’m getting off topic, but I may address this further in a future post: the majority of SocDem pushers truly make me mad. Yes, that’s also true of other groups, and neo-con men are far worse, of course, but I prefer focusing on brainless chauvinism and hypocrisy rather than brain-dead patriotism and idiocy, for obvious reasons.
Anyhow: The attack on Venezuela may be more brazen and open than what we’re used to, but every U.S. administration in the past 100+ years has performed truly despicable acts and inflicted cruel consequences on some part of the world. Do you think that, over many decades, the training and funding of death squads to massacre mostly indigenous pro-land-reformists—and justifying it by branding them as "Commies"—just so a U.S. corporation can control all the plantations across Central America was any more acceptable or just a 'party' issue? And that’s just one of countless examples.
So much savagery, all done in the name of Freedom & Democracy, which the rest of the world now rightly interprets as: Power & Money. All is greed with these dickheads, “might makes right” being the credo of weak, intellectually-ineffectual barbarians of yesteryears. And the U.S., then and now.
And I don’t use “dickhead” gratuitously, applied simply to appear colloquial and edgy. It’s because this is what, I feel, best describes the type of testosterone-fuelled, obsessive and primitive mentality that embraces the ideals and beliefs that underscore the foreign affairs approaches that’s defined the U.S. for far too long.
In a recent post-Maduro-kidnapping press conference, Mia Mottley, the Prime Minister of Barbados, described that type of attitude as “testicular fortitude”, which is, perhaps, a more diplomatic way of putting it, but, she and I, we’re on the same wavelength.
And, to be clear: What powermongers like Trump—or his predecessors or successors—do inside the country, that’s the U.S.’s business, but, because the U.S. is never content with just colouring inside its own lines, always finding new ways to impose its mentally-deficient, dickhead ways upon the world, is why I proudly say, “Fuck you!” to U.S. right-wingers who attack all foreigners who focus on U.S. politics. That is, unless they are in agreement with them…
Get a handle on your psychopaths, and watch the world care less about U.S. politics, you goddamn, soulless ballsacks!

The U.S. is now—and has been for many years; since WWII, I'd argue—the only country with truly globalist, imperialist, hegemonic aims. Thinking that Russia and China possess the same aims?! I don’t know how else to put it other than: You’re an ignorant, brainwashed moron!
And, no! Ukraine is a U.S. imperialist project; U.S. dickheads are the ones responsible for that conflict. If you can’t see that, then you understand nothing about that war, which never was a “full-scale invasion”, that term, and the propaganda behind it, merely proving my point by establishing how immoral and despicable Washington truly is, while the bigoted, chronic Russophobia expressed illustrates just how efficient their brainwashing efforts have been and are.
Yet, despite all the lessons that were served up, too many still lap up the lies, always eager to play along with the script that the Pentagon cooked up and to point the finger at some foreign evil, choosing to believe, in part or in whole, the very media they know they can’t trust (more on that in another post. Maybe).
This time, with Venezuela, it’s different, how? The majority believe that Maduro is a drug lord—per polls, roughly 50% of United Staters are in favour of prosecuting Maduro under drug charges—and/or that he’s an evil dictator who needed to be ousted, and very few acknowledge the fact that the U.S. played a major role in destroying the country or in forcing Maduro to act like a dictator to counter all U.S. attempts to sow distrust and disrupt the Bolivarian Revolution efforts, thus, failing to offer a balanced, nuanced view that questions the “bad guy” narrative.
Knowing that Venezuela concerns oil early on just seems to make people feel smart about not being duped into another Iraq whilst they, once more, nonetheless, remain clueless about what’s really going on.
And, again: it’s not a Trump thing. The empire is dying! And, so, he’s merely acting out of generalized, elitist desperation to preserve the same path that’s been forged by all the dickheads that came before him. Any other elected president would bend to a similar plan, pushed on them by the corporatists and military-industrial-complex-worshipping, ideological ‘deep state’—a term I hate using due to how it’s been twisted and abused—albeit true that anyone other than Trump would seek to reach the same end with more grace and aplomb.
Why do you think the vast majority of Dems—no establishment Dem being excluded—remain silent, or offer weak reprimands regarding the way Trump is going about things rather than attacking what he's doing?
Trump may be pulling the trigger, but he’s not running the show. And I often get the feeling that those around him who are, are always fearful that he’s gonna let that big mouth of his bring the curtain down on them, yet, the same personal characteristics that fuel his words and loony statements are those that motivate him to pull those triggers that stable-brained corporate-serving, actual politicians would love to pull but never quite dared to do so… Well, not that way, not without having the show-runners and propagandists dress it up to make sure that what they’re being handed doesn’t readily look like a gun to the vast, easily-duped public.
Trump has surrounded himself with some of the vilest, most evil people imaginable. Stephen Miller and Marco Rubio personify scum, ditto Lindsay Graham, and these are just a few of the better-known, maniacally-ideological villains currently steering the U.S.’ foreign policy lunacy.
On the surface.
But, compared to the Dem’s Madeleine Albright, who voiced the belief that the death of half-a-million Iraqi children due to what, it turns out—and which she knew full well at the time—were cruel, unwarranted sanctions applied on Iraq in order to bend the country to Washington’s will, that these deaths were well "worth the price"…?
Should I do Clinton? Either of them? And what about Obama, Biden, or…
Going back over a 100 years.
It’s not a party thing. It’s an establishment problem. Government wide.

More brazenly. A Bigger ego. For sure. But nothing has changed, other than the level of ruthlessness that’s openly expressed. Washington, with its supremacist, pompous, exceptionalist ideals, God-given delusions, and egotistic, capitalistic obsessions, has always been like an aggressive, all-invasive cancer on the world, regionally, then globally.
Or, perhaps, a pervasive cockroach infestation?
The last may appear out of place, until one considers how invasive and persistent Washington really is.
While brutishly forcing itself across the globe, it weaponised its dollar; it weaponised sovereign reserves; it weaponised development strategies and debt through the IMF and Wold Bank; it weaponised sanctions, and it weaponised tariffs. It weaponised global institutions, rules, and laws, ramming them on others whilst totally disregarding them to suit their agenda. It weaponized the “terrorist” and “Commie” labels; it constructs evil personas and invents wicked ‘others’, manufacturing conflicts in order to deploy its ludicrously-sized army to destroy leftists and subjugate any governments who won’t bend to U.S. corporate wants and demands. Its CIA bribes, extorts, or assassinates anyone, anywhere, at any level, to force Washington’s way. Organisations like NED, NRI, NDI, USAID, and others infiltrate countries and parasitically influence opinions in order to shape other countries’ internal policies and force U.S. capitalism-beneficial paths, and, if needed, they instigate riots once other elements have done their all to create hellish living conditions in order to stir public anger and unrest, all part of their usual regime-change efforts, of which over 100 have been attempted across the globe—some successfully—since WWII.
And that barely covers it.
Freedom & Democracy. My ass!

And, as expected, following events in Venezuela—and now, Iran—the E.U. has again established itself as a sad, sorry, pathetic, ball-less bunch too eager to please its bully than to take a firm moral stand. Shame on them. Again.
I’m looking forward to watching the world remain silent, or put an idiotic spin on matters, after the U.S. takes over Greenland.

The days of peaceful protests are over! United Staters: Build a new course outside of the two-party hell, or forever regret not having done so.
The world won’t readily forgive your unwillingness to seriously attempt going down that path. But try, and the (non-corporatized) world's got your back.
